After two years from the validity of the establishment decision, if primary schools, kindergartens and nursary schools don’t get the license, the decision will be cancelled.
The Article 5 prescribes the conditions such as establishment decision or establishment authorizing decision; sufficient infrastructure and facilities to assure educational activities; sufficient and standard personnel; sufficient financial resources; and operational regulations.
The director of Education and Training Department delivers license to primary schools, kindergartens and nursary schools. During 20 days from the the announcement of assessment plan, the Department of Education and Training carries out the assessment jointly with specialized divisions on the campus. During this time, if these schools meet all requirements, the Department of Education and Training delivers license, if not, they will send these school written notice defining the reasons the latter don’t meet their requirements.
